The Polishing Machine is equipped with two independently operating brush groups, each 1000 mm in length and powered by a 37 kW motor. The brush speeds are adjustable between 0-2000 RPM, and the brushes provide precise vertical movement through hydraulic cylinders. The machine includes two fixed tables measuring 8000 x 1100 mm and features a movable head system that operates on a 24-meter rail, powered by a 3 kW servo motor.

Optional features include oscillation, an automatic polishing system, and a brush press that applies up to 9000 kg of pressure with a 2.2 kW motor.
