The Smoother Series consists of 3 brush groups (optionally expandable to 4 or 5 groups). Each brush group includes two brushes, one upper and one lower. The brush groups can rotate in different directions to achieve the desired pattern on the profile.

Stainless steel brushes, Tynex, and Scotch brushes can be used with this machine. Each brush group is supported by independent hydraulic cylinders until the desired pressure on the profile surface is achieved. The machine also includes a drying system with two air blowers to disperse accumulated water as the profile exits.
